Why are so many over weight people jealous of skinny people?

I was skinny growing up and between my first and second child. I'm totally jealous of skinny people and it seems to feel worse that I have an eating disorder and I'm still fat. It's how I got skinny after my oldest. I mostly quit for the last 9 years but I've had some mental distress lately and I've lost 15lbs in the last week. I want to look normal so much that I can't stand it sometimes.

Why do people assume over weight people are jealous of skinny people? I have some weight to loose and I am not at all jealous of skinny people. Do I wish I was thinner yes which is why I am working on fixing that problem.
