Yes you can get a tat while breastfeeding. Check Kellymom.
My husband is liscensed and works in a shop. I get them done at our home because regulations prohibit me from having our kids at the shop.
The tat turned out great. I've posted a picture of it on here several times

Seriously?  That looks like its going to be a shitty tat.  I'm betting it looks like a home made one when its done.  Tattoos should be done at a paler with a professional.  That doesn't look sanitary at all.  And what is that bag of white stuff chilling on the coffee table? lol.
