That's a lot of eating!
Quoting NDADanceMom:We have all of those things and not on PA.
For me being comfortable with finances means special days are more fun. Yesterday was my birthday and we went out to breakfast on the way to a pokemon event. It was $50 per person and we have 5 in our family. After the event we went out for a late lunch at TGI fridays. (yuck but it was my sons 13th birthday too so he picked) then we dropped of my youngest daughter and picked up 4 of my sons friends to go see the Imax showing of the new batman. so older DD, DS+4 myself and DH for the movies plus snacks for all (that was the more expensive part). Went home and had a cold stone cake. Dropped the boys off and DH and I went out to a romantic dinner to a place we loved when we were in high school. (not fancy by our standards now but it was romantic of him to think to take me there). Then you add in the presents DS and I got... It was a day that people on PA are not going to be able to afford easily. To me the time with family was far more precious than the Iphones the kids all had in their pockets.
I suppose it depends on what we ordered right? Im heavy so I am sure I consume more calories than the average gal but we went to a coffee shop and got breakfast sandwiches to eat on the way. My son ate his fast and begged for mine so I only ate a half of a sandwich. At TGIs DH and I knew we were having popcorn at the theater and going out for dinner so we shared an app. At the theater I had a few handfuls of popcorn but the boys and DH ate a ton! At dinner I did eat bread, salad and a half of a portion of baked ravioli. The other half is in the fridge. And we had a 1/2 slice each of coldstone cake. its pretty rich. Im not sure you are even suppose to eat it on the hash marks they provide. Ive never met anyone that doesnt cut that in half.
My husband and the boys all ate a ton but they are also thin so meh.
I told hubby I want a new Honda Accord. lol. One day when the kids are all moved out. "sigh" they are 6,4 and 4. lol

Aw! I'm sorry! :( I was told this car will last us a long time (providing no one runs into us) and I know it's safe for our five month old. Our last car was a 2000 Nissan Altima on its last leg.
Quoting lovingwifey:Oh I LOVE Honda Accords! My first car was a 1992 Honda accord. I got it in 2004. It had no issues! Although no AC, or CD player but I still loved it! I was 19 when I got it. It lasted two years though, someone ran into it and it was totaled. ): I am still sad about that.

What's an I Mac? On another note I live my I phone but I only have a 3GS can't wait for the 5 to come out! Here is my sons, the white tower is the xbox. The screen is the entire computer, there is no tower. The keyboard is the small cordless thing in front of it.
No wonder my son never leaves his room LOL
kidding, he has time limits.
Well we are in the market for a new SUV AND new house.. We want/need a 5 bedroom. My son just got a new flat screen for his room. All the kids just got new bedroom sets- bed, dressers and nightstands. We decided when we move we want all nice new stuff to take.. lol. I like that I CAN do that :)
