There have way too many people wrongly convicted and sentenced to death. If it was fool proof I think I would feel differently, but the system is very flawed as it is right now.

Yeah! All the posts I see about food stamp and how nobody wants taxes to go to that.. Like there are convicted murders and child rapists and horrible people that their taxes are supporting.

I am against it. Why is it not ok for them to kill someone, but for us to kill them? If its illegal, then no one should be allowed to do it. I believe that everything besides basic necessities should be worked for in prison. You want free time, games, and snack bar? Then work for it. None of this free shit living off of taxpayers.

This. The system is extremely flawed and there is no way to perfect it. One innocent life taken is one to many. Not only that, but capital punishment is actually more expensive than a lifetime sentence.
