Guns? As in toy guns of course. Cap, water, nerf, etc??

We don't have any, but if the kids ever want one I wouldn't mind.

They have cooler ones than fish lol. They have a bunch of those super soaker pump guns, but not the ones with triggers. 

My partner has done 5 tours and seen a lot of combat, kids with guns, even toys, makes her uncomfortable and she said she would rather our kids not have toy guns so that was the end of that discussion, I didn't feel like I needed to make her justify it any more than that and I feel like her opinion trumps mine in this area.

i tried the no gun thing when my oldest was a baby. but when he started picking up sticks and scting like it was a gun i said for get it. all my boys know and will learn gun saftey and my dd as well. my brother was murdered and my bil so my kids know what a gun does.

No.  Anything that looked like a gun is given back to the giver.  When they were small I did not allow them in my home at all.  Now that my son is 13 I do let him have super soakers and target shooting things on the wii but small kids dont need to play with toys that look like weapons.
