Let me begin by saying that I do not want to hear about diet and exercise being the only way. I know this is key,but sometimes people need more. So I am going to continue to diet and exercise,but I want to try either lipo or zerona. I am tryiing to lose 15 lbs so I will continue with diet and working out hard,but my problem is inches and stubborn fat on my thighs. I have always had bigger thighs then I would like even when I weighed 102 and im now 117. So I want to hear about your experience with zerona or lipo. If you recommend zerona or feel it doesnt work as well as traditional lipo.
