If your married or in a serious relationship this question is for you.
Do you ever miss an ex? How things use to be?
Even though I am happily married with two beautiful children sometimes I miss my ex fiance. Maybe its because we always had fun together, and how he treated me (in a good way) but I feel horrible for it. We got pregnant but I lost the baby and I left him because I was so depressed. I kept the miscarriage a secret for so longt because it hurt so bad to talk about it. When I finally opened up to my husband he said "I'm glad you lost that baby" that tore me up and sent me running to my ex fiance for comfort (which my husband knows about). I have nothing to do with my ex fiance now, but I still think about him from time to time, do you?

Holy crap, you could be my DH's ex fiancee!! Same thing happened to him, only she lost the baby at like 3 mo.s, and went off and slept with another man while her fiancee, now ex and now my DH, was out to sea. She tried contacting him a few times and I had him cut all ties because what she did upset him too much. We met, dated, got engaged for a yr, got married and like 6 mo.s later is when she tried crawling back and contacting him. I heard him out but she lost her chance...

1 mom liked this
There is the one that got away... he loved me and I loved him, only neither of us said anything until it was too late. We both thought it would never happen and neither of us knew the other was in love. We are both married to other people and both have 2 kids. I fully believe that once you love someone, you will always love them (in these cases at least where nothing bad went down). So even after all these years, it still hurts me to see him with a wife and family. I love my DH more than him and my kids are amazing! But I wish I at least got a chance to date him and break my heart of the life-long lust I had for him... known him since birth. DH knows and understands, so not looking for bashing or sympathy, that's just what happens when you have a lot of love to go around. He told me of a few girls that got away, but we have eachother now and that is what really matters, I would take a bullet for him if I had to, I love my life :-)
It's so sad when people try to become something they are not.

I think about him every once in awhile and wonder, but then I remember why we aren't together. It honestly makes me love my DH even more.
