Girl signs up for dating site, starts talking to guy who sounds great, claims he is divorced, both times plans were made they were canceled last minute by him, girl does research and cannot find record of divorce, but may have found wife on Facebook. If you were the wife would you want to know your husband was doing this? What would you think of the girl coming to you with this information?

I would want to know and I wouldn't place any blame on the woman. My "husband" made the choice to seek other relationships, and she came forth with his intentions.

Me neither. And what if this alleged wife is not actually the wife? Could you imagine getting mistaken for some random dude's wife and getting a message from a girl saying she found your hubby's profile on a dating site? That would stir up unnessacery drama for a couple that may not even have any :-X
