"fuckin" In front of you and your kids? This happened to me, one of my employees said it in front of a parent....... Then she proceeded to say friggin about 5 times to cover it up. I flat out ignored it until the paret left.... Then I told her she Ned's to be a lot more careful. What would you have done if you were the parent

I'd be very pissed if there were children around! Even friggin isn't nice to say around kids!!!

Eh it slipps out of my mouth sometimes too. Just as long it is not all the time I would not care.

It depends on if kids were around.  If my child was there, instant withdrawal and perhaps a report to your licensing agency.  

If no kids were around and I got a sincere apology fromt he director/owner with assurances that the cursing was being dealt with as a personnel matter, then I would likely stay if I was happy with everything else.

it slips.. ive let it slip before too. when your talking to another adult sometimes it just slips out. id let it go
