I don't have lice, don't have bed bugs, but I do have anxiety and my scalp breaks out with sores but it is really itching so much right now.  Any suggestions for me other than to wash myself again...  I am not dirty but I sure feel nasty being so itchy.  Maybe it's anxiety which is already bad enough and not being helped by the small amount of xanax.  I will ask my doc when I see him Wednesday to increase it maybe.

Maybe it's build-up from shampoo and hair spray?  Help this itchy b*tch please and have a nice day.

I nread a story the other day about a woman who's head was itchy and it was because she had a spider living in her ear canal

Maybe some hair oil treatments?  Probably not the heated ones.

I get it too. It's stress/anxiety. I also get little tiny bumps on my hands and feet that I was super embarrassed about because I thought it was like a fungus type infection but it's eczema. I have to use a steroid cream to control it =\ but I only have breakouts when I'm really stressed or anxious. (which is quite often now that I have a baby)

Thanks all.  I just took a shower and I'm still itchy.  I am going to try some oil and also try to get an increase in the xanax but I think I built up a resistance to it so the best thing is probably just to calm the heck down.  I am going nuts.  I break out in funny pimply things on my head and legs and some of them on my feet blistered and really hurt.  I'm a nervous mess.

Thanks for all the ideas.
