sounds like a normall 3 year old to me. My kids tried to climb on top of the tuneel things at a play ground when they saw other kids doing it and I tell them no and that it not how you play on the play ground. I use to get paranoid when my kids were on the playground on top where the higher slides are for the older kids and it would scare me. I dont think it is a reason to punish you children for playing on the playground. Just explain to your child you dont want them up on top of the tunnels or no playground this week.
