How do you feel about the federal minimum wage? Should it be increased?

I think it's fine. Those jobs are intended for people just starting out it's not supposed to be a career.

I think it should be raised for wait staff. In Texas it's $2.13.

Well then in your opinion, EVERYONE can have a career and society would still thrive?

If we raise the minimum wage then as always everything else will also raise in price. So really the working poor will remain the working poor if they are living on the minimum wage.

An increase to minimum wage will just increase the cost of living.

If you want to be paid a livable wage, get a skill or an education. The guy cleaning the toilets at McDonalds will always be low income, even if we make minimum wage $100/hr. The costs would just be passed on to us with $20 burgers and $50 kids meals.
