For dinner we are having New York strip, baked potatoes, salad and rolls and for dessert I made a homemade chocolate cake. Can't wait for dinnertime!

People who cant even feed themselves should not be buying expensive stuff like steaks. What the hell is so difficult to understand about that concept?Even on sale,New York strips are still expensive and their money could be better spent,oh wait I mean taxpayers money.

Not that it matters anyway cause the OP is obviously a troll who thinks foodstamps work like cell phone minutes...

She buys steak so has no concept of how to budget??? Lmao. That makes no sense.
I made ribeyes for my family, 6 steaks, for $2. It's called coupons and sales... It's not not that complicated.

Quoting Lithale:

That is stupid and wasteful. You can probably buy ingredients for 3 meals for the price of the steak alone. No wonder you are on food stamps, you have no idea how to budget money.

Food stamps = failing at life??
Ok, gotcha O.o

Quoting justgracie:

It's so weird that people are proud of failing at life.  It's like the really don't understand that they can buy all those same things for themselves with a little hard work.

Eating is essential to life.  In fact, you just can't get more primal.  When you suck to the point that you cannot get food, you have failed at life.  Go to the forrest and hang out for a few days.  Think really hard.  What happens when critters cannot feed themselves?

Humans are more compassionate and we also don't want the streets covered with dead bodies being eaten by crows.  So when someone in the human pack can't provide for themselves, we do it for them.

But you still failed at life.  The pigeons in my barn are more competent than you.

Actually fs kinda do work like cell phone minutes. I have money left over, that rolls over, every month (usually $50-$60). I use it to have a big family get together, or make lunch for my kids' teachers during the school year.
Steaks don't have to be expensive. If you know how to budget and shop frugally. Forgot to mention in my last reponse that I also bought new York strips ($65 worth for $4) and a lot of other "expensive meat" when I got the $40 worth of ribeyes for $2. I find it strange that you're worried about someone eating steak just bc they are in food stamps, when the fact is I spent less on steaks than it would've cost to eat hamburger helper *puke.

The pigeons?? Wow. Well, if the world was my oyster and everything I needed was provided to me for free, all I had to do was see and take... I wouldn't have an issue at all. But for humankind that's just not possible.
A pigeon would be hard pressed to starve to death.

Um. Ok? Bc THAT'S what I said...
For the record, I'm not op, nor am I on fs. I just happen to disagree with you that being on fs makes you a failure at life.
Assuming things and letting your imagination run wild to try to prove an invalid point = failure
