I'm so freaking upset. My boss told me that if I couldn't get my act together then its not going to be worth it to have me be apart of the team any more.
And because I was getting yelled at I clicked out late so I'm going to get in trouble for that too. So I pretty much just used up my 3 strikes in one night.
I can't stop crying!!! I'm so embarrassed!!
What state are you in? I know here the Target gives a lot of training. I find the story full of shit. They would never hire then put some on the floor or reg. with out proper training.

Yea, I'm not buying either. No store just puts you on the sales floor without some type of training. I worked at a WalMart awhile back and I spent a week training. Literally, sitting in a very tiny room in front of a computer taking all kinds of tests. Then when I was finally put on the sales floor, I was still in training for a two weeks.

I live in California East Bay of San Fran. I know for a fact you are full of shit. There is no way in hell they'd just put you on the floor or reg with out training that is too big of risk for them. If they never trained they'd have 100 people just standing around all day just on the floor alone. I have been in retail off and off for the last 20 years.
I don't care who you are on this site I don't need to look at your profile to know your full of shit. A company as big as Target does train their employee's or they wouldn't be in business as long as they have been.

Yup I did a short stint at Wal Mart got to love the hot ass room with monitors and metal chairs for a week uggg I think I went blind through that. Then 3 days on the reg training with another person. I only had to do 3 days with another person as by then I had 18 years of retail under my belt.
