is driving me nuts. i swear its to early for this.

i asked him to sit as step one. he didn't want to so if goes to step 2 your room. all i expect is for him to sit quiet for 7 minutes. he has been screaming i dontwanna be in here or mom for 15 minutes. i try to do the super nanny timeouts but he is killing me today. it could go this this all day. dh says beat his ass idk what to do.

my house is so disrupted now. the

baby is all out of wack.

 UPDATE*******

He hit my baby in the face with a small hard plastic hockey stick! he lied and said the baby fell when he was trying to walk. it was not until dh came home that the truth came out. i dont know what to do with him. i need real ideas. i called my mom and she didn't take it very seriously. he has seen therapist before it makes things worse. he has no diagnosis. i am thinking about bringing him to the hospital monday to mental health.

this is what he did to the baby.

it looks worse now, its a lot more red :(((((

He's 7?  I would expect behavior like that from a 2 year old but 7?!!  Whatever you are doing isn't working so IDK.

"Baby?"  Did you just have the baby.  Is DS acting out because of new baby?

DD is 5 and she does the same thing from time to time. They are just pushing to see how far they can get. I found that time out did not work. I tell her to go to her room for not doing as she was told and think about what she did wrong and how she can make it right. If she does not go then something will be taken away. TV time, computer time, game system, early bed time. You just have to hold true to what you say. DD now knows I am not playing. This summer she had 3 days in a row of no tv and that's sucked for her because a movie she really wanted to see was comming on. Just don't pay no mind to the yelling he will stop after a while. Turn on some music or go outside to get away fromm the yelling. Good luck

HUGS momma! I'm going through something similar with my 6yr old DS. What I've done is I ignore him when he acts this way. It quickly stops :) I don't know for how long it'll keep working though. Tell DH that it's not okay to do that :( your DS is only going to act worse if you hit him :(

2 moms liked this
Can you schedule a date where you & DH have the day with DS only & have someone take care of the baby? Maybe it'll help if he had some alone time with you guys :)
