My DH saw it on TV years ago (something about it being one of Elvis's favorite sandwiches - can't imagine why he was so overweight). He made it for me that night after I got off work. I was hesitant, but it was GOOD!

We made smoked beef tongue. It was good, but I couldn't eat more than a bite bc I couldn't get past how I had to peel off the taste buds in the prep.

It's probably least offensive if it's cut into cubes.
It's very very tender and good. The fact that they're pickled appeals to me because I'm a vinegar lover.
It doesn't really taste like anything else, so it's hard to describe.

I also love ube ice cream (magnolia):) it is so goooooddddd.
I used to order octopus when I had sushi but I don't like it anymore.
My latest thing is I have to have sriracha (sp) on just about everything.
