Mom Confessions Mom Confessions

I'm in some serious pain here. I need some suggestions.

I'm having a horrible menstrual cycle this month and the cramps are unbearable. I used to take Midol when it got to this point but about a week ago, every time I would take any kind of pill I'd immediately get a globus sensation in my throat and my chest and throat would burn so I've decided to stop taking pills for a while because I'm afraid it will happen again. My big question here is, does ANYONE know of anything I can do whether it be food, drink, etc. that can help with menstruation cramps. I'm looking for something natural, anything really, that doesn't include taking pills. I'd appreciate it so much.

Or you can crush up midol and put it in some food and eat it. Applesauce, pudding, potatoes, chocolate syrup....

Hot shower and an orgasm. No lie the orgasm helps the muscles relax after which is whats causing your pain.
