My grocery store pet peeves.

I really hate grocery shopping but there are things that make it worse.

1. I really hate when I am in the parking lot and that one car is holding up the line waiting for a parking spot. And the person in the spot they are waiting for is still unloading groceries.

2. Then once you get past them you get to the people waking down the middle of the lane OR letting their kids run through the parking lot.

3. Getting the cart with the wobbly wheel. I always seem to get that cart. Even if I check it and it seems fine.

4. Walking through the dry goods aisles and finding meat sitting there or ice cream. Who decides after two aisles they don't want that meat Afterall and why can't they just walk and put it back.

5. Kids running wild through the store.

6. Getting up to the checkout and the person in front of me has a bazillion coupons but they aren't using all of them do they need to go through to find the two they are going to use.

7. At the checkout line and the person in front of you spends all the time in line talking on the phone and then when it is their turn they scramble to unload groceries and find their debit card in their gargantuan purse.

Going to the store at 1am and having to "slam on the brakes" for little kids.

People with huge a huge cart full of shit seeing me walk up with my basket of a few things and a fussy kid and not letting me cut in front of them, yet they act irritated when my kid is fussing.

When I do the self checkout and it says to wait for a cashier but they are too busy chatting with a buddy about stupid shit, THEN they get annoyed when I interrupt and say "excuse me".

When they scan and bag my things all fucked up. I put it all on the belt nice and neat... Don't go putting my dish soap with my chicken THEN get irritated when I have to re-bag it all.

When the cashier lectures me about items. Yeah, I get it. Gluten free whatever is better for you. I like my gluten, kthx

When I ask that the 15 cans you put in one bag get double bagged please don't act surprised.
