Im 5'2" 130 lbs. Im going on a diet starting today. Liquid only, except for dinner... Working out everyday til my head spins... Dh would get shitty with me if he found out...

You're not fat! I have said the same crap to myself! I weigh 118 at 5'2 amd i work out and eat right. So if you're fat so am I!

 If it is something you can't maintain, it isn't really going to make you any "healthier". It actually sabotages you in the long run and starts a roller coaster of weight issues.

Eat small healthy meals through out the day NOT liquid all day... Drink water eat nuts, fruits, & veggies... No sweets, minimal dairy... Whole wheats/grains... Try not to eat processed foods w/ more than 10 ingredients.
