Filling out adoption paperwork...very nervous and scared!
So here I am with these adoption papers. I went to a free seminar in March 2012 and I like this agency very much. They want my husband and I to qualify to fos-adopt and more than likely because of my age I'm guaranteed a toddler or infant.
My nervousness comes from my family. My sister said, "what will you do when your real kids come along?" Sorry, but I can't wait another two years for that and the child coming into my life will be my real child. People who've never battled primary infertility don't understand.
Anyways what are some reasons people are denied from adopting? I work full time and we have our own place, car, and not much debt.
Edit: I've already lost 72 pounds on my own, but my fertility doctor says it's useless because I did it on my own and I'll gain it back. He insists on weight loss surgery.
