So the past couple days I've been trying to sell my dh's project motorcycle. I have the title in my name and dh took off a few weeks ago leaving me to be a single mom. Before anyone assumes and bashes me, we've been in touch because he wants to talk to our dd and he said to go ahead and sell it.
Anyways, in my ad all I say is give as much info on the bike as possible and then say I can't really answer questions because it's dh's bike and he's not around anymore. This has led to about 12 different people asking a million questions about the bike and out of those dozen or so, 3 guys so far that just contacted me to flirt. One guy straight out asked if he could come see the bike and when I said yes, he asked if he should bring me some lovin with that?!? Another guy's wife left him so he was trying to ask me out while relating to me. And now #3 admitted no interest in the bike at all, just wanted to "be friendly".
Of course the second I mention I'm 35 weeks pregnant they stop contacting me...which is fine because I'm just trying to sell a freaking motorcycle! So wtf? Is a lady selling a motorcycle THAT much of a turn-on?
I don't know. I'm really pretty naive when it comes to guys i guess. Dh and I have been together nearly 8 years and he's the only guy I've ever been with so I don't get any of it lol! It actually took me longer than it should've to understand they were hitting on me. Doesn't help that I feel like a beached whale most of the time so I don't get what's so "cute" about my motorcycle ad LOL!
At what age should I tell my son dh is not his bio dad?
