My SO ex just screwed us. She was already getting 400 a month. She lives with her grandma,mother,aunt, bf, her son who she gave her rights to her mother, his daughter and her.daughter my current nd. They mom, daughter,bf and baby sis sleep in the living room. According, to sd its nasty their. Now, the pill popper gets 800 a month and we won't have enough to live on thanks bitch!!!!

 if its that bad, have ur so file for custody, if its that bad, he should not have one single problem getting custody. And then once he has custody, file for child support and maker her pay child support to you.

 i think she has an older child whom she gave up rights to and now her mom has custody. And then there is a younger child (OP's stepdaughter) of whom she is referring too....so that would mean that BM has 2 kids with two men.

or am i totally confused and somehow BM is getting child support for two kids that are in fact OP's SO's biological children and she has not rights to either of them

i read it as bm gave grandma rights to her son.  the cs is for the daughter.

I read it as Bm has 3 kids by 3 men. Her oldest dd is OP's SO. The son she has by a diff man is the one she gave rights away to.
