What the heck is it

I keep getting these bubs on my head. On my scalp. They are anywhere from a quarter to a full inch long. They don't itch, they don't hurt, and they don't flake. They come and go. What could they be?

Might just be a type if acne or it could be your glands getting clogged up and trying to make a cyst. I'm sure there is other stuff it could be. I just got a long lasting cyst removed from my scalp 2 weeks ago... It was hard and round in shape. It didn't hurt at first but not long before I got it removed it was sore to the touch.
