Baby latches onto husband

Dh was watching newborn while I was out. He said dd would not settle down so he let her latch onto his nipple. Now he does it every day and says he feels like he bonds well that way and likes to feel like a mom

My dh couldn't hold our dd without a shirt on, she would try to latch on to him!! Freaked him out lol He never did it on purpose though. thats kinda strange but whatever works for you

Um, I do not understand why he does that. Nothing obviously is not coming out, so he is letting the baby use him as a pacifire? That just seems strange.
