Yesterday I was doing laundry while my two year old and two month old were napping. My four year old asked to watch a movie so I put it on before starting the clothes. About 10 mins later I go back to check on her and she managed to cut off all my two year olds hair....it was short to begin with but now its really short. She found a pair if small sewing scissors somewhere in the bottom of our utility drawer I didnt know existed. I feel so bad for my poor two year old....has anything happened to you like this? Please share so I don't feel so horrible about it.

YESSSSSS!!!!!

Three kids. Two older ones have take  a chunk right out of center front. Shaved both of their heads. A few weeks later (when they started to look normal it happened again. Another buzz cut. They finally learned not to do it.

Youngest one with waist length hair thought she would look better with bangs and brought me the evidence (2 ish)?

It happens. Let it go. Wait until they try to shave the cat...

My 3 yr old cut my son's hair when he was 10 months old. I had kiddie scissors in the junk drawer in the kitchen. She cut his hair almost to the scalp while I was using the bathroom. He had to get his head shaved. I put all the scissors on top of the refrigerator where she can't reach them.

My dd did that to her self when she was two. She had long beautiful hair. I came home from work one day and she had cut one side clear to her ear.

My DD cut her hair ... twice. Once with nail clippers and once with scissors. the first time wasn't bad at all so we just had it angled in the front. The second time she cut off a chunk all the way to her scalp. She was 2 at the time of both incidents. She's 4 now and that chunk that was missing is just starting to blend in with the rest of her long hair!
