i think a lot of you guys are missing the boat.

you are supposed to teach young children proper names in case they get sexually abused. this is widely taught in parenting classes and for certification to become a foster parent.

the authorites can not always make a case out of "teacher touched my cookie" as they can out of "teacher touched my vagina/vulva".

I say peepee. I use kiddish names for lots of things, they are kids after all. But he does know the proper term for it also.

but as a joke, dd2 kept calling hers "cheese & crackers"..  idk where it came from or why she said it, but it stuck.

My boys know its called a penis, but they like to call it a peepee. My dd will know the proper name, but can use what name she wants.
