I know there's so much debate over car seats. I was wondering though my son is almost 14 months should he still be rear facing? I have heard until 2 but just thought I'd get opinions.
Thnx

Ultimately its up to you. The law is 20 and 1. However its recommended they stay RF longer.

I will rear face until 2.5 - 3 depending on thier size. I personally think it is safer. BUT as a mother it is your choice!

The law is 1 ans 20lbs. The American academy of pediatrics recommends 2 and 30lbs. Or to the maximum their seat allows Rear facing is 500% safer.

Mine will rearface till she can't. I read something about internal decapitation being a ff risk till age four (on average). I have a seat for it.
