Yes. Jayce Duggard, Jayce Phelps, it's a girl name.
Jace is a boy name. Spelling it with a "y" shoved in the middle makes it Jay-Cee.
And Rylan is just some made up nonsense that can go either way.

I know of a couple boys who spell Jace with a "y" in it.... It's perfectly fine.... For it to be feminine its more likely to be spelled Jacey, Jacee or Jaycee.... If momma likes the spelling, she likes the spelling ;)
