Maybe your iron is low? Have that checked.
Do you take any vitamin supplements? Maybe try a pre-natal (they are jam packed with stuff that are good whether you are pregnant or not). You can buy them OTC.
Have you looked into vitamin deficiencies sometimes our body maybe ingesting the right amount but not able to absorb all that you need I would suggest looking into b-12 1st off (this is a huge one for alot of people) also if its just been here lately it could on this your doc can run blood work and see if you are low also of course iron is a biggie too
Super B complex you can get it at walmart for $3 in the herbal stuff.
I drink coffee, or I could sleep up to 12 hours, and feel tired all day. Get your thyroid checked. Especially if you notice you want to seep excessive hours, have a hard time waking up, and have a hard time having any energy.
I have a theory on that. The toddlers suck the energy out of us.
