I gained 80+ lbs during pregnancy. Yikes!
Before I had ds, sex with dh hurt. It really, really hurt! After ds I didn't feel the same down there, but I could finally enjoy sex without pain. Things started to feel tighter after I lost 20lbs or so. Now, I have lost over 40lbs. I have 10more to go before hit my goal. I work out 8X a week. I have started to hurt again during sex. I was wondering if it is because of weight loss, or because I'm toning up? Maybe I'm toning those muscles up down there? I'm happy everything is going back but, ouch!
I'm just really hoping other women can relate, and know what I mean. Maybe someone can explain?
Thanks.

I bet you have a tilted uterus and that is what is causing the pain. When you are pregnant, your uterus will shift into normal position. Maybe as your abdominal muscles become stronger, it also changes the position of your uterus as well.
