My nieces are BADDD!!!

Omg seriously. We're all at my dad's, house and the way my 2 nieces are acting is ridiculous. One is my sister's and one is my brother's. They've both been here since around 2pm. Its almost 9 now. As I type my sister's 2 year old is drinking a can of dr.pepper and my brother's 5 year old is throwing a temper tantrum that's been going on for like 2 hours.
They have wasted 3 plates of food each and have been fighting (not normal kid arguments but knock down drag out fights). The 5 year old dug her nails in my sister's arm until she Drew blood. The 2 year old screams and jumps up and down and says fuck you if you tell her no. They both climb and jump all over the furniture and throw whatever they can find all over the floor. There's more but that's just skimming the surface.
My kids aren't perfect but they don't act like that at all. Idk how anybody can let their kids act like this and do nothing about it. I feel bad for my nieces because most of their behavior is due to bad parenting or lack of any parenting.
