Nope not at all.  He plays well with others as well as by himself too.  So I guess it will just be a waiting game!

Quoting jb022210:

does he stim at all? hand flap, run/spin in circles, spin wheels line things up ect? any repetivie behaviors?

Quoting jennjune1984:

He likes routines, throw one off and he gets upset.  And he know basic signs (more, please, thank you, all done, sorry, hungry)

Quoting jb022210:

any other odd behaviors?

have u considered trying to teach him sign launage?

Quoting jennjune1984:

Only when he gets frustrated.  He is getting really good at pointing, or crying when he doesn't want some thing

My son is 28 months and still only mumbles.  No real words.  Professionals say he is fine, I hope one day I can have a conversation with him instead of screaming.

does he scream and cry constantly?

Your son says WAY more than my daughter did at three and she is NOT autistic.

Congrats :D
