A group of 5th grade children are all sitting at the lunch table. The races are mixed with some aa and white and Hispanic. The aa children start saying No one will call us a Nigger. and kept going on about being called one. One of the white children pops off and says I will call you one. The aa children start saying ok do it do it calll us one. The white child says Not now I wont. Well the children go out for recess. The aa children follow this white boy around taunting him to call them a nigger. The white child goes to the recess teacher and ask her to have them leave him alone. She does nothing about the situation. The aa boys continue to follow the white boy around the playground. One of the aa boys says well I know where you live so I will come to your house and get you after school since you wont do what you said. The white boy says dont come to my house if you do I have a knife and will use it if you come to my house and start trouble.

So who should be in trouble? All the children? Just the aa children? Or just the white boy?

* This actually happened and after I get a few responses I will tell what happened in the end.

The white child is the only child that got in trouble. He was sent to the alternative school for the rest of the school year. The white boy is not a trouble maker and the only trouble the white child has been in is for like talking in class or minor things and not often. The aa children were not punished.

I think they should have all be in trouble. The aa boys were harrassing the white child. The white child should learn other coping skills than saying they will use a kinfe on you. The teacher should be in trouble as well for not doing anything about the situation when she was made aware of what was going on with the boys.

Well from this post alone it seems the AA children were the aggressive ones. They should be punished and the white boy should be taught to not allow other kids to intimidate him.

The child being harassed shouldn't be in trouble. Regardless of his race. Those harassing him should be in trouble, regardless of their race.

The teacher needs to do her fucking job and intervene when it is necessary!

All the kids should be in trouble no matter what they are both threatening each other
