This really sucks!

What could cause swelling and pain in the breasts besides pregnancy?

I'm fairly certain I'm not pregnant but won't really know until I miss my period in 2 weeks so while it is a possibility it's not something I'm thinking about seriously. I also have my tubes tied.

For the last couple days, my breasts have gotten so big they don't fit in my bra and they hurt. Almost like when I was going through puberty and they were growing. But I'm 28 so that explanation doesn't fly, lol.

Anyone have any idea? No other symptoms that I can think of except being more tired and cranky lately. Don't think it's PMS because this has never been one of my symptoms of that before and I'm not expecting my period for a minimum of 2 weeks.

I would take a test now.   because i cant think of anything but pregnancy

Water retention? PMS? Hormones related to birth control? Excess of soy in your diet?

Not on BC because my tubes are tied.

Soy in my dirt? That just confused me.
