Just want to clarify that I am not talking about single kids vs. multiple children.
I know I didn't mention multiple kids anywhere in the OP, along with some other things that were never mentioned...and it's just something people are bringing up, but seriously. I don't care if you have five children. You have five of anything and it's bound to get a little messy. I get that. But I wasn't talking about that.

I disagree with that statement as well. 3 girls + PMS = a living hell at times.

2 girls and 1 boy. My girls are so much harder to raise! I can handle the physicalness of my ds, but the emotional drama with both dd is beyond exhausting!

I've always heard boys are harder when they're little, girls are harder as teens.
I only have boys, so I don't have a basis for comparison.

This! I have 1 girl and 2 boys. So far my DD has been easy and my DS1 harder, but my DD is coming up on teenage years....
