Our son's name is Riley so the one we get will not say Tyler..just to clear that up. We are going to do his newborn photos probably right after the new year (he's due late December) and I was thinking of using an outfit like this for him (just the onesie and hat, not the burp cloth or bib for the picture at least) and some baby blue jeans if I can find them...if not just some warm pants in a solid color.
DH and I are wearing white shirts and jeans for his newborn photos.
So...is this a cute outfit for his newborn photos (I want to shadow-box the outfit after we're done). or any other suggestions. He probably will have some taken TASTEFULLY in the nude as well, but I wanted an outfit for the ones we're giving away (my parents/grandparents are super weird about ANYONE showing skin..)
Thanks for reading!
ALSO: what color/font should we get his name embroidered on this in?
we are, he's named after his dad.

I like it, just make sure you are 100% decided on the name lol
Quoting queenamy:no.. its way too much
the only thing about this that's getting me is, jeans. Are you waiting to do pictures until after his umbilical stump falls off?? Cause if not I think you'd be better off with him just in the onsie. I would only do the onsie with the monogram, having his name everywhere is a bit overkill.
It's cute, but newborns tend to look like they are swimming in clothes in photographs. He'd probably look best in nothing, or just a diaper cover.
I've actually never done a newborn shoot with a baby wearing any clothes. I swaddle in cheese cloth for pictures with mom and dad.
