What is your definition of race and ethnicity? There is no right or wrong answer. Just tell us what YOUR definition of each word means to YOU. And for the love of Nemo people...NO FIGHTING. Speak for yourself only. No name calling. No bashing...who am I kidding? Just try to be nice. Okay?

I made the match your race/ethnicity to a name post.

Race is the color of your skin. Ethnicity is what is in your genes. My race is white. My ethnicity is English and American Indian.

To me race is biological ..how you appear. Ethnicity is culture. How you identify yourself and the history of your family. My race is hispanic but my ethncity is puerto rican.

Race is species: ie we are all of the HUMAN RACE

Ethnicity is your heritage. Ethnically speaking I'm AMERICAN Heinz 57 variety (English, Irish, Norwegion, German, Cherokee Indian, and Lord knows what else)...
