I'm mid panicked attack
Excuse typos n auto corrects. I have had 4 today. I haven't deal with this in almost a year and gave no beds as the expired! I can't see clearly.my heart is pounding is I'm in panibk mode hard core. Idk his to deal with it anymore

shower. cold clothes over your eyes. take a nap. those work for me usually.
