Is horrible freaking grammar.  It's just bad English all around.  You can say, "I saw" or " I have seen" but when you say "I seen" it makes you sound like you're straight out of the trailer park  poor uneducated trash.

I'm not fond of "seen" instead if proper English. However, I also hate stereotypes like what type of people live in what in certain types of housing as I know plenty of educated people living in mobile homes who not only know proper English, but go to the dentist regularly, too! (shocking, I know)

DH says "I seen" all the fucking time. His mother does too. They sound like a bunch of ignorant assholes.
