You guys were right :( I really wasn't expecting it to be as good as the original but I feel like it could have been better. It was weird having everything so modern and the heavy old fashioned southern accents (which they didn't execute very well). Oh well I'm glad I got to see it anyways.

Yes. But like I said before some movies should never be touched!!! You can't remake a classic. Smh. What is the world coming too?
