Thanksgiving is my FAVORITE holiday!! I sometimes contemplate celebrating Canadian Thanksgiving as well so I can have 2 LOL..

I always host a large meal....My main line up is Brined Turkey with a Bourbon Butter Glaze, Pumpkin Dinner Rolls, 8 Layer Salad, Classic Green Bean Casserole, Apple Bread Stuffing, Southern Comfort Sweet Potatoes, Best Mashed Potatoes, Cran Raspberry Sauce, Cream Cheese Fruit Salad and for dessert Orange Pumpkin Cheesecake and Cranberry Cheesecake. That is the main stuff, side stuff always gets added too
