Ooh now I want turkey. I'm hosting my first this year for dh family since its our first thanksgiving as a married couple. My family is welcome, but doubt they'll show bc sil is doing hers, and my mom doing hers....
Wish me luck. I've never done a turkey or had to make a meal so big!

Well happy turkey day. And I always look forward to Thanksgiving. We have turkey, stuffing, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes and gravy, olives, cranberry sauce, butternut squash, rolls and then desert, if you can make room. We go to my sisters house for thanksgiving usually and then there is shopping on friday. I can't wait till next month.

I know so far, turkey, ham, twice baked mashed potatoes, stuffing, green been casserole, broccoli cheese casserole, roasted asparagus, plain green beans, chocolate pie, German choco cupcakes, pumpkin bars and cookies. Everyone has special requests. And cheese ball, guacamole and devil eggs. Am I forgetting anything? No one cares for pecans pie or sweet potatoes....I feel like something's missing.
