do you shop at thrift stores?

I went today and got my boys some nice name brand clothes for less than $30. I spent 100$ total (at the buckle & penny's also) and got dh 2 shirts, and a pair of jeans. my oldest 2 pairs of jeans and 3 shirts and my baby a pair of jeans, overalls, sweatpants and a shirt.

I think I got an amazing deal.

eta- my only thrift store buys were a pair of joker brand jeans (with tags) an element shirt (with tags) 2 more longsleeved (old navy) and carters overalls, sweats, and a onsie for baby. It was $23 and some change. 

the rest was brand new but I think it was still a good price for everything.

I love shopping at thrift stores! We just bought dd a bucket of mega blocks that came in a little plastic wagon for $6.50. I have seen these blocks without the wagon go for like $15 brand new. And most of dd clothes are from thrift stores.

There is a consignment shop nearby that sells kids clothes in GREAT condition for cheap. They understand that they are used. I hate it when you go to places and the clothes are still $10-20 used just because of the brand name.

I go to the thrift store that sells name brand clothes I cant afford sticker prices so i buy used :)

oh my DH's clothes were brand new =) he probably wouldn't wear thrift store clothes either.

 no. i know you can find good deals, but I'm a little vain and i hate to admit it but i would get embarassed just going to a thrift store.
