A red state. I have spent a lot of time in various ones for work, and the blatant ignorance I have seen drives me crazy.

Yes! This too. I'm such a beach bum. I told DF that when we move (because he wants to go to a rural part of Maine) that my only requirements are that I cannot be further than one hour from a major town, or further than one hour from a beach.

While I totally agree that I couldn't live in a house that big (but for different reasons), I'm pretty sure if you were that rich you could afford not just a cleaning lady, but a full time cleaning staff, lol.
