I can see a few differences, but not enough to pay a different amount for each one.

Everytime Tony designs a new one, it's an improved version of the previous one. When it comes to costumes though, they are pretty much all the same.

Compare the 'real' Ironman suits to Iphones. They get a little better every time, but there isn't a huge difference :)

Each armor of tony's is different because its a better model. As far as costumes there's no real difference bc they are all versions of iron man!
