a 30 min workout. Part cardio part glutes ... I think I'm dying :( I'm so out of shape.. this sucks.. Ive been stuck in a rutt after I had DD, I want to get my tight cute butt back...and I need to strengthen my stomach again. UGH!
I am in no way overweight. I'm 110 pounds. I'm so out of shape its not funny. You can be thin and out of shape... How do you ladies that work-out keep motivated to keep going?
