I really didn't want to do it. But I will have to. I was in a car accident two months ago. I injured my back. I found out today that three years short of retirement my military career is over. So as much as I hate to sue.... I will have to do it. So very upset. Today has been horrible. Also came to the conclusion that my marriage is beyond saving. I have known it for a long time. But today it has all come to a head.

I'm in a federal lawsuit against a person who hit me too. :(
He admitted fault so I know I will walk away with something at least.

We're also thinking about suing also from a car accident. Their settlement offer was a total slap in the face. Not to mention that it wasn't even a regular "accident" - it was the result of reckless driving, which the guy was convicted for. I broke my right arm, and have yet to be able to return to work. I'm a MA/CNA and also a Nursing student. I had to drop my classes this semester, and it was past the deadlines to receive a refund. It sucks.
