Mom Confessions Mom Confessions
My 6 yr old son was burning up with a fever and vomiting all night. I finally got some tylenol to stay down and he fell asleep. We both slept on the couch so that my husband and daughter wouldn't be disturbed. He woke me up this morning with a kiss on my forhead. I opened my eyes and he said "I love you Mommy, I feel much better, thank you for taking care of me."
Do I have the sweetest boy ever or what?
He seems fine now...weird. I'm letting him play video games and watch tv all day as a treat.
I just love those moments. It makes it all.so worth it. I would spend all night cleaning up puke anytime if it means I get a wake up like that one!!!

My daughter is a total Daddy's girl too! There is just something about a son...I never would have bought it if I didn't have one. I originally wanted girls. I was afraid I wouldn't know how to raise a boy because I'm from a family with ALL girls. I'm so glad I didn't get what I had hoped for!
I hope you get your boy someday!!!
