What I'm thinking of doing now is wrapping up this cute monkey/pacifier and just telling him I found something for him at the store and letting him unwrap it.
Any other cute ideas you guys have?

With our second, I bought a plain little shirt for our daughter and decorated it paint that said, "Big Sister".
I would like to include all 4 kids though I'm not sure how to pull that off.

He pulled it out of a red gift bag and I got his reaction on video. :) He was so happy!
