I am doing couch to 5k and had started the 2nd week when I had to stop. I got sick an my feet started killing me. Anyways today was my first day back after 3wks and i did awesome! It was my best run to date 1.7 miles in 30 minutes! I am very overweight and out of shape so this is big for me. My goal is to run a 5k next month. Woohoo I'm so happy and motivated right now.
